Hi! Welcome to Slimmers Kitchen.

We are a small business based in Eaglescliffe, North East England ran by two women on their own weight loss journey.

We initially posted pictures of our meals on our own social media accounts, which caused quite a stir with people requesting to come for tea! We put our heads together & decided to bite the bullet. Supplying low fat, home cooked delicious meals to the local communities.

Our meal prep is completely weight loss friendly should you attend any of the well known slimming or weight loss plans. Our meals are also labelled with calories should this be your preferred method of tracking. We do not restrict any food group, our bodies need carbs just as much as they need proteins & our portions are generous.

You can enjoy the famous Boro Parmo, fakeaway Chinese dishes & even indulgent silky brownies without an ounce of guilt. Just to name a few. All meals are cooked fresh ahead of delivery, last for up to 5 days in the fridge & are also suitable for home freezing.

Losing weight has never been easier with our meal prep delivered straight to your door. Although we are proud to say our menus are proven to be suitable for those slimming, they are also ideal for those short of time due to work commitments or the vulnerable/elderly who perhaps are unable to cook for themselves or live alone. Our portions are hearty yet healthy & we pride ourselves on home cooked flavour. For traditional meals of all ethnics without the guilt, effort or dreaded food shop we are your go-to. 

Slimmers Kitchen has since expanded to offer a high protein package for those looking to shed fat, gain muscle mass & those training. We supply everything from breakfast to protein shakes & deliver twice weekly for freshness. 

During the Covid-19 pandemic we continued to work & provided many elderly, non-independent & struggling families with meals - free of charge. We are proud to say we also provide a local refuge with surplus meals to ensure no one goes hungry & to eliminate any waste on our end.
