Meal Prep -
Order Process - All menu choices must be provided by a Thursday at 1pm each week in order for us to complete your specific request. If no menu choices have been received but payment has confirmed your order; you will then receive one of each available lunch and main meal on our menu that week.
Any menu choice alterations will not be accommodated after this time due to our own orders needing to be placed with suppliers and set quantities of ingredients required per meal. All portions are measured in line with government guidelines regards weight loss and healthy living. Should you require a larger portion; please ask at your time of ordering and we will do our utmost to provide this for you. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any unwanted change in personal weight due to you receiving larger portions.
Guidance for Storing & Cooking – Please ensure all meals are refrigerated upon delivery. Consume all meals within the allocated use by date labelled. Those meals which are labelled with 'freeze' can be frozen and must used within one month.
Cooking food properly will make sure that any harmful bacteria are destroyed. Each meal is individually packaged and supplied in a recyclable / reusable tub. When you wish to eat your meal you will need to place the full container in the microwave with the lid loosened. Depending on the wattage we recommend cooking between 3-4 mins or until piping hot (Guidelines Only). To test if your food is hot enough, insert a small sharp knife into the food and ensure it is piping hot throughout.
Fully defrost any meals which have been frozen then reheat as guided.
Allergens – Any allergies must be stated at your time of ordering. We cannot guarantee allergens will not be present in proximity to other ingredients in our kitchen due to the nature of individual reactions. We would always adhere to strict policies regards preparing meals without ingredients when allergens are specified by you, the customer, at your time of ordering.
Delivery – All deliveries will be made to the provided address. Deliveries commence after 3pm. Our delivery areas operate within a 20 mile radius of our base in Eaglescliffe. We cannot be subject to give an exact time of delivery due to issues out of our control – traffic, route changes to include new customers, etc. Should you not be available to accept the delivery then it is your responsibility to provide us with a safe and dry location to leave your order. We will always aim to leave your order in a location which is out of sight to the general public, where possible and in a dry spot to protect from adverse weather conditions. This location would be confirmed with yourself upon delivery.
Refunds - Should you require a refund prior to receiving your weekly order then this must be requested no later than 5 days ahead of your scheduled delivery. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the monies to reach and clear in your account.
Once our supplier order has been placed on a Thursday afternoon we cannot and will not issue any refunds requested after this time under any circumstance.
Full Works / Shred Plan / 28 Day Shred Challenge –
Order Process – To complete our 28 Day Shred we require confirmation of any changes required on our menu prior to the challenge start date. This is a set menu however we can supply a different sauce, meat or ingredient should there be anything you do not like. We cannot supply any meals which are not available on the menu for that delivery date due to high demand. You are welcome to request a change in ingredients – a different vegetable, meat for example due to taste or allergies and we will do our best to provide this as long as this is requested prior to your challenge start date.
All portions are measured in line with government guidelines regards weight loss and healthy living. Our Shred meals are portioned to contain a high protein meat, a weighed and measured carbohydrate and vegetables or salad. Should you require a larger portion; please ask at your time of ordering and we will do our utmost to provide this for you. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any unwanted change in personal weight due to you receiving larger portions. You are also welcome to add additional vegetables or salad to your meals should you require this. Again, we cannot be held responsible for the increase in calories due to this nor can we provide additional macros for any food added by customers.

Refunds – Should you require a refund prior to receiving your order then this must be requested before you confirm your menu choices. Once menu choices have been received our supplier order for the month will be placed so no refunds will be given under any circumstance.
Deposits & Discounted Plans -
ALL customers with monthly bookings and/or bookings which are received at a discount cost; refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances unless your slot is sold to another customer. Every customer payment is subject to a £50 non-refundable deposit per person which secures the delivery slots for the 4 weeks each personal booking covers. We do try to accommodate all customers by moving their booking to a later date where possible. Please note - at short notice this is not always viable and if another customer does not buy your available slot then no refund will be issued under any circumstance.
